Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the images.
Additionally featured in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a legend detailing different areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
